ABC Yoga
Yoga Science Box
The ABC Yoga series is the foundation of the Yoga Science Box teacher curriculum for elementary grades K to 6. It is a
simplifed Yoga Challenge I.

The Yoga Science Box was developed by USYA program director Sandy Wong-Sanchez for a project in the San Francisco Unified
School District. Working with the physical education and curriculum content administrators the Yoga Science Box complies with
academic and physical education requirements of the California and San Francisco public school system.
The Yoga Science Box teachers manual, the complete Yoga Science Box and the ABC Yoga, 'A' Series manual are available
for purchase. They are suitable for the classroom, home schooling, family practice or a yoga studio.

ABC Yoga is now 'Kids' Yoga Challenge' to simplify our series. For elementary grades it was divided into 3 short series
(a, b & c) and practiced as one session by 6th graders and up for physical education.
